Dr. Majid secured his dental degree D.M.D. from Tufts University, Massachusetts and masters degree M.S.D. from Indianapolis, Indiana. He has practiced in the Harrisburg area since 1975 and has been recognized by the Consumer Research Group as one of America’s Top Dentists. Dr. Majid has also been recognized to a special life membership status by American Dental Association (ADA) that recognizes a member’s many years of support and commitment to high standards of dental profession and to organized dentistry.

Dr. Majid specializes in Prosthodontics (cosmetic reconstruction and restoration of teeth including but not limited to bleaching, implants, crowns and bridges, laminate cosmetic veneers, cosmetic tooth colored fillings instead of silver, partials with or without clasps and full dentures).

Dr. Majid has successfully completed several thousands of reconstructive cosmetic procedures over the years with excellent results, and has received several positive testimonials from his patients, including his artistic gentle touch that he possess.

Dr.Majid is extremely particular about cosmetics and works hand in hand with his lab technicians including but not limited to computerized shade matching. Along with being a member of several dental organizations, like ADA, PDA, AACD, AGD, etc, he believes in being current and advanced in the latest technology. He provides sedative dentistry that requires prior consultation. For patients who are especially fearful he offers alternative aids to calm dental fears along with Nitrous Oxide and DentalVibe (use of vibaration that blocks sensation of pain)
